Lynchburg Bar Association
Welcome to the website of the Lynchburg Bar Association. The Lynchburg Bar Association is a voluntary organization composed of attorneys practicing in and around beautiful Lynchburg, Virginia. The mission of our Bar Association is to encourage and maintain the professional excellence of our members while working with the general public to promote a dialogue about, and an understanding of, the law and the legal profession.
Today, more than 100 attorneys make up the Lynchburg Bar Association. These attorneys organize and participate in continuing legal education programs, serve on various bar committees, attend monthly luncheons, evaluate local candidates for the judiciary, recognize community leaders through the annual Liberty Bell Award and the Lynchburg Bar Association/Virginia Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Award, and generally work for the betterment of the local legal community.
